1. Overview and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Juice Tools (the "Service").

Juice Tools ("Juice Tools", "we", "us", or "our") is operated by an individual based in California, United States.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

If you are using the Service on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on their behalf.

2. Description of the Service

Juice Tools is a web-based application designed to help Path of Exile 2 players track their farming sessions, manage waystone and tablet loadouts, record currency drops, and analyze farming performance.

The Service is currently offered free of charge and may display advertising and promotional content from us or third parties.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind except as expressly stated in these Terms.

The Service is a fan-made tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Grinding Gear Games, Path of Exile, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. All game-related names, trademarks, and assets remain the property of their respective owners.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

• You may use the Service only if you have the legal capacity to form a binding contract with us under applicable law.
• If you create an account or otherwise provide identifying information, you are responsible for the accuracy of that information and for maintaining the security of your access credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your access to the Service.

4.1 License

• "Mirror" or frame the Service on any other server or service.

4.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Access or attempt to access any non-public areas of the Service, our computer systems, or the technical delivery systems of our providers.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.
• Use automated systems such as bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access the Service without our prior written permission, except for standard indexing by search engines.
• Attempt to circumvent any technical measures we use to protect the Service.

5. Data, Privacy, and Content

5.1 Your Data

"Your Data" includes the information you enter or upload into the Service, such as session data, currency logs, notes, and configuration details.

• You retain all ownership rights to Your Data.
• You are responsible for maintaining backups of Your Data. In many cases, Your Data may be stored locally in your browser (for example, in local storage) or on your device. Clearing your browser storage, uninstalling your browser, or changing devices may result in permanent loss of data.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any loss or corruption of Your Data.

5.2 Third-Party Data and APIs

The Service may retrieve and display data from third-party APIs and services (including, by way of example, POE2 Scout) for currency rates, item information, and related game data.

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or availability of any third-party data.
• Third-party services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies, which you may be required to review and accept separately.
• We may modify or discontinue integrations with third-party services at any time without notice.

5.3 Privacy

• We are not liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as a result of such dealings or as a result of the presence of ads or third-party services in connection with the Service.

Except for Your Data and third-party content, all content and materials included in or made available through the Service—such as software, code, design, text, graphics, logos, and names—are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

• The Service will be compatible with your device, browser, or setup.
• The results or outputs you obtain from using the Service (including farming strategies, currency projections, or performance analytics) will be accurate, reliable, or meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Juice Tools, its owners, contributors, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on or related to the Service.
• Any content obtained from the Service.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of Your Data.

In any case, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount you have paid to us for access to the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $10.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

The Service is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce fees, paid features, or subscription plans in the future. If we do so, we will provide notice and, where required by law, request your consent before charging you any fees.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. The revised Terms will become effective when posted, unless otherwise stated.

By continuing to access or use the Service after any changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections that, by their nature, should survive termination (including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) shall survive.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

You agree that the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
